Yes. For the health and safety of all dogs in our care, we require dogs to be up to date with their vaccinations or have an approved titre test where applicable.

If fleas are found during grooming, a flea treatment may be required before continuing the groom. An additional fee may apply due to the extra cleaning and sanitising required.

Yes. All grooming services are by appointment to ensure we can give every dog the time and attention they need.

Most appointments take between 1.5 and 4 hours, depending on your dog's breed, size, coat condition, and the services required.

For the comfort and safety of all dogs, owners are generally asked to leave during the appointment. We'll contact you when your dog is ready for collection.
